Men Loves Cars More Than Themselves?

This is very interesting but I guess it's true. Most men I know love their cars, knows how they work and operate, and can talk about cars for hours. Ask them about the maintenance of their health and adherence to proper nutrition, and they quiet down pretty fast.

I should say it's funny but it really is not. Proper health maintenance is very important in Men's Health. The following is an interesting article that discusses this subject:
